Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times:
- Apparel, Accessories, Journals: Each item is made to order. Please allow 3–14 business days for production before shipment.
- Books are printed on demand. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing.
- Digital Products: Available for immediate download upon purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Note: Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons or due to customs and local postal services.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-Made Products:
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to office@kamilasummers.com. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Books:
Due to the print-on-demand nature of our books, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the book arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged book, please email office@kamilasummers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement copy.
Digital Products:
All digital product sales are final.
